GR 38. The Fish and Wine Trail
2 stages: Estibaliz Otxandio
One of the toughest stages of the GR 38, which, at 37 kilometres, links the monastery of Estibaliz with the village of Otxandio, on the edge of the historic territory of Bizkaia. We leave behind the wooded area of the Vitoria-Gasteiz hills to enter the Alava plain and pass through some of the villages that make it up. The Ulibarri Ganboa reservoir will be the highlight.
