Also known as the Hermitage of Elizbarri

It stands beside the Royal Road, at the junction with Calle Urigoiena and next to the Kerixara local road. It has a rectangular floor plan, with exposed masonry walls that are plastered halfway up, ashlar corner stones and a hipped roof. Inside, the wooden choir stands out; it is said to have once housed a painting of Our Lady of Los Remedios dressed in 18th-century style. Outside, there is an iron balustrade dating from the same century. In the past, people would visit it several times a year for a wide variety of reasons.
